Hallo Herr Weber
Anbei ein Bild, das in der Nähe von Pine Dale, Wyoming USA über dem Wind River Range in ca. 15,000ft aufgenommen wurde. Während unseres Trips sind wir in den Rocky Mountains von Colorado, Wymoming, Idaho, Montana und British Columbia unvergessliche Flüge geflogen.
Im dünn besiedelten Westen der USA spielt die DG-808B ihre wesentliche Stärke voll aus. Beste Steigleistung auch von Pisten über 7000ft bei hoher Hitze unabhängig von der Verfügbarkeit von Schleppmaschinen und die Sicherheit, am Abend wieder zum Startplatz zurückzukehren.

This picture was taken at about 15,000ft over the Wind River Range near Pine Dale Wyoming USA. During our Safari trip we flew the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana and British Columbia and experienced unforgettable flights.
The advantages and performance of the DG808B really become apparent in the sparsely populated western states. Solid climb rates even from airports more than 7000ft high and at high temperatures. No dependency on the availability of tow planes (a real problem in many areas) and the assurance of being able to come back home after a long flight is hard to beat.
