DG-808C in Ely, Nevada, USA

 

Hallo Friedel Weber,

Beigefügt ein Foto, das ich in Ely, Nevada gemacht habe. Nevada ist ganz sicher ein Paradies für Segelflieger und ich hatte dort einige sehr schöne Flüge - zwei sogar über 1.000 km.


Insgesamt bin ich in der ersten Saison mit meiner neuen DG-808C 18.500 km geflogen mit einem Kraftstoffverbrauch von 0,65 Liter/100km und hatte bis jetzt auch keinerlei Probleme mit dem Motorsegler.

Ich bin mit der DG-808C auch drei Wettbewerbe mit geflogen, einschließlich den 18m US Nationals und konnte feststellen, dass das Flugzeug so handlich ist wie irgendein anderer moderner Motorsegler auch.

Hallo Friedel Weber,

Attached you will find some photos I took in Ely, Nevada. Nevada is certainly a paradise for glider pilots and I had some beautiful flights, two over 1000 km.
Overall I flew 18,500 km during my first season with the 808B and this with a fuel consumption of 0.65liters / 100km and no problems so far with the motorglider. I flew the 808B in three contests including the 18m US Nationals and found the plane to be as responsive as any other modern glider.
